Galle Lighthouse

Visitors can't climb inside, the interior stays closed to the public for safety and conservation reasons, but that restriction barely dampens its appeal, the surrounding area remains fully open, and the lighthouse itself, framed by cobblestone streets and colonial buildings, makes for one of the most photographed spots within the entire fort.
